Our Shelter Application Management (CentroCare) system was developed for the Institute for Human Services to electronically manage their shelters and perform case management tracking and reporting. The system reduces redundant data entry for internal forms as well as allows IHS to export data to state agencies. The system currently manages 3 shelters that can house over 300 men, women and children each day. Visit our website at www.centrocare.com

Pacific Magazine is a regional publication and online news service for Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and North America. The magazine began publishing in 1976. Although the magazine ceased its print operations in August 2008, it continued to be a popular web destination for avid readers and followers.
Pacific Magazine is now a part of the Upspring family and we will be re-launching an all-new Pacific Magazine web product with its online archive of over 30,000 magazine and news articles. We'll also be releasing interactive versions of special sections such as the Pacific Buyers Guide, Pacific People and our Pacific Almanac. And that's just the start of it! To be notified of future developments with Pacific Magazine, please join the Pacific Magazine email list at: http://www.pacificmagazine.net
Status: Launching Soon!
We've been tirelessly working on a web application of our own and we're about a couple months away from a private beta launch.
If you're in the commercial real estate industry, drop us a line. We think you'll find this really useful! If not, odds are you'll probably never hear of this.
Status: In Development
With many newspapers feeling the pinch, there are definitely more opportunities for news junkies and entrepreneurs to figure out a new system for news distribution.
We are betting on the new wave of hyperlocal news sites that are sprouting up all over the web. We are currently wrapping up development on a flexible, scalable, hyperlocal application that can serve as a conduit for these community news sites.
Upspring, in collaboration with the Pearl City Shopping Center, will be rolling out the MyPearlCity.com hyperlocal website for the Pearl City community. It will be the first community to adopt our Local Moko platform.
